Waterproofed Shell: structure, roof, insulation and standard windows/external doors, ready for the internal fit-out.
Standard: a completed extension with a good standard of internal finishes. Kitchen supply and installation are excluded.
Premium: higher-specification finishes, glazing, heating, electrics and detailing. Kitchen supply and installation are excluded.
Structural complexity, foundations, drainage, site access and unusually large or specialist glazing can change the final price.

For us, construction is about more than bricks, finishes and deadlines. It is about the trust a client places in us when they hand over their home.
We believe in doing things properly, being honest with our clients and never cutting corners simply to make a job quicker or easier. We take pride in the parts of the work you can see — and just as much pride in the parts you can't.
